Hi
Recently i have posted this about being attacked at work
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1755995&highlight=
I have attended various grievence meeting since April about this bullying and the company have not gave me a decision until the other day. They refused my claim as they didn't believe it was being harassed at work even though there was witness evidence. I am going to appeal but believe the company have wasted time so i can't go to a employment tirbual as the event i was complaining about was more than 3 months ago. Anynbody got any ideas into what to do?
thankyou

Follow the grievance procedure and appeal it.
Yes you may have had to attend several meetings since April, your employer will have been investigating your complaint and this can take time as they interview witnesses and even the alleged perpetrator.
Submit an appeal - don't get angry be clear and concise - if you get angry then you will be the one that looks bad.
As the grievance hasnt ended (it wont have if you submit your appeal) and I take it the bullying is still ongoing - then submit your claim to the employment tribunal - you can do this online for free.0
