Hiya, the onions will store for quite a wile. The caulli and carrots you need to eat within a week or freeze in a recipe.
Try carrot cake or calli and carrots in a white sauce.

I froze plain cauli once and it was foul. I would say make a cauli cheese - they freeze really well.

Onions will be fine in a dark, dry space.

Carrots...not sure. Make a carrot soup and freeze?

When I get my veggie box I always peel and chop my carrots into chunks and put straight in the freezer and get them out and when needed. As I will use them quite quickly I don't bother with blanching and all that mularky.

Onions will keep in the fridge for weeks and weeks before they sprout.
