DWP EO interview

Hello everyone,

I have an interview for an EO position with the DWP. Having looked through a number of threads, I have noticed that the DWP have changed their competencies and so the interview questions have probably changed also. Can anyone who has had their interview recently remember the actual questions that were asked?

I really want to get this job and want to make sure I am preparing for the right questions. The competences I have been given are:

DELIVERING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
DELIVERING A CUSTOMER FOCUSED SERVICE
MANAGING PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE
BULIDING CAPABILITY
LEADING

had an interview for EO yesterday - there were only 4 competency questions.
