Administrative Office DWP - What's it like?

Options
i'm currently going through the application process and now waiting to hear back from an interview. as there is plenty of time before a decision is made, i want to understand more about what the job in the benefits office entails, especially from anyone who has started in recent months.

has it met your expectations?
what are the good and bad points?
generally what do you do?
is there much abuse from 'customers'?

thanks very much.
