Hi, I'm back again with another question for those of you in the know.
If my partner is found to be guilty of gross negligence at work which resulted in the company loosing revenue (which they have calculated on estimations not facts) then can they insist that he pays it back bearing in mind he does not have a contract or any documentation stating that they are in their right to do that?
Thankyou for any advice.
