Using leftover beer

Ok I know there probably shouldn't be leftover beer but I've made a beef carbonade and have 3/4 of a bottle of ale leftover. I was looking for a parkin recipe or similar using beer to use the rest up but have had no look with an internet search. Does anyone have any good uses for leftover beer?

You can freeze it in ice cube trays and use it in future for adding to gravy or for steak and ale pie/casserole.

I'm with Toonie, freeze it to use another time. I do this with leftover wine after seeing it on one of Nigella's shows.
