only reason i was worried about the ltv was that i wanted to see if i could overpay a tracker now so i could long term fix at below 60%ltv,
not sure wether to join a tracker at 2.95% or ten year fix at 5.69% if i went with tracker i could overpay to the value of the fixed rate each month, (£160)0 -
10 years is a long time to fix, how confident are you that you won't want to move in that time?
Can you not afford to overpay a smaller amount on the fixed?
What term is the tracker? Are there ERC if you need to get out and switch to a fixed sooner than you think?I am a Mortgage Adviser
