In too Deep... Loans, CC's Overdraft, HP I Need advice

Dear all.

I am hoping someone can give me some advice. I currently have the following debt:

Car on HP:
Total Borrowed: 13,870
Total Amount Payable: £16,102
Term: 37 Months
Monthly Payment: £311.31
Final Payment: £4,885
APR: 7.7%

Overdraft:
Authorised Overdraft: £2,000
Amount Borrowed: £1,900

Personal Loan:
Total Amount Borrowed: 7,000
Total Amount Payable: £9,357
Term: 60 Months
Monthly Payment: £155.96
APR: 11.9%

Credit Card:
Credit Limit: 2,900
Current Balance: £2,600
Current Monthly Payment: £50
Min Payment: 2.25%
APR: 18.58%

I tried a 3 times 6 Months apart to get a new credit card to balance transfer, yet despite a good Credit rating I have been refused which leads me to believe I will not get a loan either.
These monthly repayments are killing me. Does anyone have any idea on a way to ease up these monthly repayments?

Pop across to the Debt-free wannabe board where you'll get lots of good advice.
Put together a statement-of-affairs or SOA, (link for that is at the top of the DFW board), post it on the board so we have your full financial picture, and wait for the good advice to roll in!
