Bank of Scotland Personal Loan

First time on here and we need some advice please.
I took out a BOS personal loan (over the telephone) in April 2008.
After weeks of requesting I finally received copies of my loan agreement today.
The loan agreement is NOT signed by me or my wife. The signature boxes are blank.
It is signed and dated by somebody on behalf of BOS only.
Can you tell me if the loan is enforceable?
How do we stand legally?
Do we have to continue with our loan repayments?
Etc etc
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it is enforceable - they can prove transferring the money into your account.
The rules were changed in 2007 - which is why hundreds of mercenary companies have sprung up claiming to be able to reclaim funds on your behalf (for a fee of course).
Why do you want to stop repaying?0
