I've had tons of problems with jessops photo, the photobook sofware won't work properly and I must have spent at least an hour last night trying to get the damn online printing page to recognise me by signing in, even though I had all the right information. I also hate the jessops photo website, if these weren't free I would definately be boycotting jessops photo online.

I`m also having problems....anyone know if the free prints are for new customers only....I dont want to spend lots of time downloading only to find I`m not entitled to them ! Thanks

Done my order.
Took me 1 hour to sort the pictures(maybe was going to take the same with 1400 pictures in my mem. card).
No problems with the software,coding or registering.
Pleased.
