Sorry to hear of your problems. Can Weightwatchers help you with the binge eating? Fruit from the supermarket on your normal shop is not that expensive. I'm surprised to hear that you dont have friends; you sound like a nice person. Maybe that is part of your problem. Maybe you are very lonely and binge eat for comfort. I am sorry I havent anything very useful to add at the moment but my heart goes out to you.

Thanks all, I'm trying to get work to increase my hours by three per week, I currently work 35hrs & the maximum they contract anyone too is 38. They're considering it but have to also deal with similar requests from all others in a very large department etc, plus I did have 7 months off due to a breakdown & they don't want to push me, i'm not meant to be doing overtime, according to my Psychiatrist, but i'm doing it anyhow if I feel ok & stopping when I can't cope. I have a leather jacket, biker one, I can sell, put it on Ebay before but no luck. Tons of books but not sure about having the hassle of posting it all? I'd love to reclaim bank charges, my bank charged me once, £19.50 I think, I did think my other account charged me £34, so stopped using the account to avoid paying it. Been in touch with them now & they say no trace of it? I wish Capital One would knock off the billions of £20 late payment fees & overlimit fees, cause I think they add up to £150/£200ish. One debt is to Natwest, but 4yrs old, I think most of it will be charges as I didn't have an overdraft, how do I go about finding out? I don't see anyone at all out of work unless I go to WW, haven't been since 22 March tho cause i'm on a down right now, hence 1st 3Ibs back on

Will look into this greencard, not heard of that before! Am on Pay&Go mobile, so only put £10 a month on if I have it, if not it's np. The ww recipes look ok, except most have veg in which I loathe! Mobile is 02, so 300 free texts, never have to pay for them, then top up by £10 once used them, tho it takes ages. Are greencards ok for people with debt? Do they need a credit check? I'm gonna go back to ww because without it i'll gain weight, get more miserable, binge more etc, plus, as I said, it's £5 a week & if I don't go, I wouldn't leave the house except to go to work, it's the only time I see other people & I can't do it at home, have tried many times but I need the support.

Bit of reading BUT well worth it.

That is NO excuse that you can't be bothered to do the posting. It's money!!!!!! It could get you out of debt. By the way I list books, CD's DVD's, games etc on Amazon because you don't get charged if you dont sell the item.

    Come on get going!!!

Well I said the hassle of posting, not can't be bothered. It'd mean finding someone to post it for me & as I don't see anyone out of work that's difficult
