Has anyone else had a problem or delays with the returns service this week?

I returned several parcels last Saturday. All were refunded on Tuesday except for two which they say they still haven't received. I have kept the postage receipts.

  • Have now heard back from DP and it turns out the parcel has gone missing in the post. They told me I have to send the certificate of posting to them in order for them to look into it.

    Has anyone else ever had this problem and if so, how quickly do they sort it out. I assume as I have the certificate of posting I must be covered, but it's a bit of a pain if it's going to take weeks to sort out as this is all that is outstanding on my store card.
