    Was a lovely walk thanks....Tissington Trail....only 5 miles of it . Seemed a easy stroll so going to step up to maybe a 9 miles wander along the River Trent later in the week.

    Fresh air, lovely scenery & saves tedious hours in an air conditioned gym:rolleyes::rolleyes:....& even best of all.....its absolutely free!!:j:j
