    ....BUMP

Okay I see there is another article about switching gas & elec suppliers - I really must do this, I'm not even on an internet tariff. My bills are due in the next week so I will sort this in March (I am good at procrastinating I have been going to do it since last January :o) If someone wants to give be a kick up the bum in a week or so that might be needed.

Oo its nearly March :j- March is my favourite month smiley-party0037.gif

I'll forget by next week, Tixy.... so here's a kick now instead :rotfl::rotfl:

Its cold here too and it has been snowing on and off since around 13.45:eek: - I have been stomping on the boxes to flatten them and do need to go to the bins (can't be bothered to lug them to the paper bins down the road), need to get milk and have run out of clover:mad:

What will I get a gold medal for Numpts? I could get one for spending money:eek:

    ...............^

Its this one he means H, you only have another 50posts to go! I assume thats also when you become "delicious" rather than "fantastically fervent"!

But maybe you could have one for all the spending -although at least it was either to further your future earnings potential (for the favour machines and what not) or was a bargain and makes you feel fabulous (in the case of holiday clothes & lime green coats)!

I deserve an olympic medal for procrastinating at work :o.

    Hi everybody.

Over the last few weeks we have had a number of "troll" attacks on the boards.

What is a Troll? A troll is a person that posts deliberately provocative, nasty or hurtful comments on threads. They may be a person with no previous connection to the board or someone that has created a pseudonym to get their point made.

If you should get a comment made on any thread you post asking for help and advice please realise this comment is not directed at you personally.
We really are all a lovely bunch here (oops, modest, sorry) so please ignore these nasty comments and continue to post here as normal.

what should i do if i get a comment made on my thread?

firstly do not respond to the comment as this invariably is what the person wants. At the bottom of the post, on the left hand side is a red "warning" triangle. Click this and then "send" the message that comes up. This will report the message to abuse who will review it's content and delete it.

The person we had this morning was particularly vile and nasty and please believe me is an extreme rarity here.
Above all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE BOARDS. THIS SITE IS AN ASSET TO SO MANY, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT FEELS THE WORLD IS FALLING IN ON YOU. THERE IS SUCH A WEALTH OF ADVICE HERE TO BE HAD THAT THE COMMENTS OF ONE MUST NOT DETER YOU FROM AVAILING YOURSELF OF THE KNOWLEDGE HERE!!!!

It is testament to the work that martin has done and continues to do that so many people give their time knowledge and experience freely to others, without judgement, to lift people out of the depths of debt crisis

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE ACTIONS OF THE MINORITY RUIN THAT.

    Kind wishes
    P

    New page...

I will sneeze on all trolls! That'll teach them :p
