A few questions:
I am looking to buy out my girlfriend from the property we bought together in December 2004. We are splitting up and she has agreed in principal to the above. Before i say "yes" or "no" i would like some decent face to face financial advice, therefore:
Can anyone recommend a genuine whole of market mortgage broker in the Newcastle upon Tyne/Gateshead area?
Can anyone recommend a Solicitor who can provide a bit of free advice and reasonable fees in the Newcastle upon Tyne/Gateshead area??
Can anyone recommend an IFA in the Newcastle upon Tyne/Gateshead area that can help me with my predicament? (or is that something i will get from the two above?)
Thanks in advance

An IFA is authorised to discuss investment class business. They may or may not hold mortgage authorisation as well. A mortgage advisor will not be able to discuss investment class business. So, if you need both, you are best getting an IFA with mortgage authorisation as well.
The rest of it is not within my locality so cant help there.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
