Finally! Base-coat has finally arrived. I can't understand how they could not have expected the demand for the insta-brite to be so high when it was Sally Hansen who allocated the numbers for the competition in the first place. Nevermind, base-coat is more useful anyway.

Hi petkap - this one has expired now. Just keep logging on the freebies no spend board and the comps. board and send off for things as soon as you see them.
