Hello all,
My B/R date is at the end of September. Will I be made B/R there and then? Will I have some sort of document to confirm the B/R or do I have to wait for the O/R to issue it? I really hope it is confirmed in writing on the day due to all the letters and phone calls I receive from DMC's etc.
Thanks for any info.

On the day you attend court once you hand over your bankruptcy forms you "might" see the judge or not...either way the court clerk will hand you a stamped sheet stating your bankruptcy order court attended and bankrupt case number...problem is though it wont stop the calls for a little while because it can take up to 8wks for the OR to inform them...BUT if anyone did call just quote them your BR number court & OR details thats all they need to knowWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

Thanks Phil.
Your in Liverpool too aren't you?
You have replied to a CCJ question of mine in the past - thanks. I am still concerned that I will get another CCJ just before I go B/R and it will interfere with things. Say if I got an attachment of earnings, would I still have to pay after I went B/R?0
