Advice Needed please

Hello everyone
I am seriously looking into bankruptcy, but have a couple of unanswered questions I need help answering if possible.
Firstly, if I go bankrupt, is my partner (who I live with) liable for any repayment costs or can the Baliffs come to take his personal belongings? For example his car, TV or anything like that? We are not married, but are living together and have a son together.
Secondly, we are living with his mother at present and if I go bankrupt, will it be recorded on the house details and therefore restrict his mother's credit ability?
Any help or advice anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
