Sainsbury's today had some bionicles (Lego?) reduced from £8 to £4.
I've also just had this link, but haven't yet had chance to check out what's on offer or what the postage costs are.
"Simply visit https://www.love-eco.co.uk and enter your special code: TENPOUNDS
when prompted at checkout and a FREE £10 will be deducted from your basket.
That means you can get a Chicken Doorstop for just £3, a Bamboo Bath Towel for just £8
and items less than £10 will be free of charge (only pay for postage).
This special offer is valid until 31.08.09"
Gosh what a treat to find your post, have been looking for something special for my best mate, saw this cuff

I always have a list in my diary, which is always with me. If I see a good buy then I check out my list and see if I can use it for someone, as a good deal isn't a good deal if it isn't really the right present.Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

We always start looking out around now in the big supermarkets especially for bits for our nieces & nephews (we have 10 between us!) they start selling the summer toys off in the last few years we've had a wendy house for £8, a trike with handle for £10, & after schools go back we've usually picked up various pens/pencil/fancy rubbers & pencil cases for a fraction of the origional price & these make good stocking fillers. Also keep an eye out for Argos sales, they usually have some good reductions on toys."Normal is not something to aspire to - it is something to get away from" - Jodie Foster0

Yes I noticed that the supermarkets have been doing that, its a great place to pick up bargins, last year I got my eldest the new range of DR Who figures for £1.62 each rather than the £9.99 that they usually are. saved a fortune.
Also Home Bargins and B&M's have started putting more toys out now, so if you have them near you they are worth a look too.

Hey,
I know that this is posted elsewhere, but poundland are selling a range of bath/body stuff called pure (pink label) and if you peel off the label (comes off fairly easily) it is Boots Botanics stuff underneath. I have done MIL a mini hamper for xmas for £6, but true worth is £27+
