This is a US site, but can't find any T&C's anywhere to say whether it's open to UK residents..

All bar one of the other sites have had theirs open to the entire world. The promoters have passed down the T&C's, including the provision that those in areas where it would be impractical to send the laptop (for customs reasons) would get HP Store Credit instead. I'm guessing this site owner has just neglected to pass on the details.
