Unenforcable secured loan?

Hi there can somone point me in the right direction i think i may have an unenforcable loan so i need it checked has any one used a no win no fee company or could recomend one to me as its a mine field trying to choose the right one.
I have uploaded the agreement to see what people think of it and if i have a case or not?

A cursory glance through past postings on the board will show you the two things you want to know
1. What companies to use (none of them, more than a few are rip offs and if your loan really is unenforcable you can DIY anyway).
2. What the experience of the board is with "unenforcable" loans (turns out most of the ones people ask about are nothing of the sort).If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
