Section 5 - Bank a/c and c/c
5.1 Do you have any cheque cards, cash dispenser cards, credit or charge cards, debit cards?
I've listed the 2 c/c I currently have (but I am not using!!!), I have also listed the 2 debit cards with previous banks. Just wondered, do I enter current debit card here or at 5.4?
5.4 List any bank, b/society a/cs held in last 2 years. I've listed these, and it is here that I've entered new Barclays a/c and ticked that income is paid in here (I receive benefits, not wages)
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks x

Better to be safe and put them on both. Also you have to relist any "unsecured" debts from section 4 again in 5.2 if they are c/c or debit cards ect.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Hi th
You may be reading the amendments you have requested I make! Just had a few thoughts since typing.......what do you think to adding this paragraph in somewhere in the "reasons" section????
"
It is with regret I find myself in the position of petitioning for bankruptcy. I have nearly £28,000 worth of debt with little ability to pay my creditors as I am now in receipt of benefits.
Up until my debts became unmanageable, I had always tried to make my required payments on time.
Over the last two years my personal debt has become a major problem. My partner and I separated January 2009 and I found the experience very difficult.
I have taken advice from CCCS who have pointed out to me that it will take me 30+ years to clear my debts by making token payments to my creditors. There advice was that I petition for bankruptcy."
