just a quick trivial scottish question...

Hi,

I'm patiently waiting for a charge for payment or statutory demand before I can go BR.

I have a card from the post office for an attempted delivery of a letter which requires a signature - is this likely to be it???!!! Can't get to the post office till tommorrow now :(

It is extremely possible but not guaranteed. I am afraid you won't find out until you pick it up :D

Are you going BR under a creditors petition?

I really feel for you, being at the mercy of creditors like that. I hope it is good news for you.

I didn't think of that dottypops  - with it being a local council, they're more likely to post it personally...
