Found these stats on the AiB site which may bring some peace of mind to those in Scotland worrying about getting a BRU/BRO. I was really surprised at how few cases of misconduct there was in Scotland. We must be an awfy trustworthy bunch! :rolleyes:

Of course, since they can't give a BRO for any naughty behaviour before 1 April 08, we must have been an awfy trustworthy bunch for the past year (but who knows what we were up to before then!!) :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Sounds to me like they were jist fly enough to get away with it except this poor soul - "two AiB in-house case submissions were rejected without investigation, one due to the fact that the debtor died shortly after the submission was made"
