Can we get a FTB deal?

I currently have a mortgage for my flat but my fiance has only ever rented. Therefore she is a FTB but I am not.
We are now looking to buy a house together (joint application) and I was wondering if anyone knows if any banks/building societies would consider us as FTBers because she has never had a mortgage?
I guess it's unlikely but since we need to get a 90% deal any small saving would be a great help!
Thanks in advance.

If you "port" the mortgage from the flat to the new place, and ask your lender to turn it into joint, they might treat that as a fairly straightforward "paperwork" change. But this will vary by lender. They'll probably do a credit check on her, so make sure her credit is squeeky clean beforehand.
Worth asking. Especially if you have a decent deal that you want to continue.
Possibly not so straightforward if extra funds are necessary, and it turns into a whole re-mortgage, but still worth asking, I would have thought.
I wonder if asking for the flat mortgage to be turned into "joint", in advance of any move, might simplify it without appearing to cut a corner...?
Perhaps one of the Brokers will come along soon to give their insight...0
