Oh crap!!! Im BR and made a mistake on the forms

I have sat tonight to write out my statement of affairs and double check it and immediately realized a mistake in the paperwork. I saw that my total household income seemed very high, i read this and then saw my SAO where my rent was in pounds. It was then i realized that my household income was in US dollars, whereas my income and expenditure is in sterling as that is what I was advised to do by the service I went through to go BR from abroad.
Ive just realized this and my stomach has dropped, the paperwork has been submitted to court and Ive been made BR as of last week. Should I just email the case worker and explain everything or am I in trouble??
