    Thanks for all your support - just what I needed. I'm feeling a lot less stressed now and am going to go and be very nice to the BF.

    Actually managed 6 no spend days this week due to being on nights and BF goes onto nights next week so will be minimal spend there. Think I need to stop being quite so hard on myself.

    I agree with you there! 6 no spends is great :T

    Its good to be impatient for things to improve and good that you're determined to change your ways but definitely cut yourself some slack!

    I think your bf's offer to make food sounds great - nice to have someone helpful around :D Enjoy being very nice to him and making up ;):D
