i recently applied fo a loan from direct finance limited went through the expense of calling premium rate number only to be told after about ten mins that my details would be passed to athird party and was told to phone that number but could never get through so gave up however they did take 49 pounds admin charge from my partners account. today i hear from a company called cash finance direct and the same thing happened i however contacted them on realising this and cancelled my application do i have to pay this charge,they have my partners details also are the two companys actually one of the same
