Hi Everyone! Another probably silly question for you! My husband and I are currently filling in the forms to go Bankrupt. We are about to fill in the SOA form (which we post here) however because we go bankrupt seperately does that mean that we give in a joint SOA form or send seperate SOA forms basically dividing everything in half (ie. putting half of the council tax on mine etc).
Also can someone explain what a Bankruptcy restriction order is?
We are filing for bankruptcy because out IVA failed due to me taking out more credit to pay for everyday essentials as we were struggling to pay the IVA. I am sure I will get a restriction order but don't know how this works. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

You do seperate SOA, full amounts for household items, then add your own personal exp, but then only partners contributions to houshold exp, on each others not their full income

Separate SOA's for bankruptcy....MAKE sure though the court you attend for bankruptcy wont need an IVA faliure cert if they do without that you'll be sent away...
