does anyone know how strict Halifax is with adverse credit my new broker has suggested they may accept. I have 1 small default on credit file nows settled

How long ago was the default and for what amount?

You have stated on a previous thread that your overall credit score is low because of searches etc and then you have this £60.00 default, has your new broker spoken to Halifax about these facts and they have said to still apply? I am not sure I would try Halifax?I am a Mortgage Adviser
