Littlewoods Codes - Suspended accounts/voucher misue

Hi,

I have noticed a few people have been talking in the forums and on other sites about there littlewoods-online account being suspended because of using voucher codes that where not intended for them.

I think I may have had my account suspended now but am not sure, anytime I have ordered something online the order vanishes. I complete the order online as normal (even cheekily tried to redeem anoher voucher code- which "validated") I get the last screen saying "thank you we are now processing your order" BUT..... i get no email confirmation, the order does not appear online anywhere and nothing shows up for delivery.

Is this similar to what has happened to anyone else, I know that the last thing I should do is ring them up beacuse then someone will see my code overuse. And what else has happened to those on suspended accounts - there is loads of chat about it happening but no one saying what happened after or if they had to pay the discounts back etc.

    As you may notice a couple of threads have gone, as so many codes had no source given, and folk were somewhat taking the mickey! these things have terms and conditions, and companies are rightfully entitled to be a bit annoyed and to take action if their rules are not followed.

  • That happened to me even though I didn't use a voucher so I think it's just a glitch in the system. I ordered a bed andI got no e-mail and it didn't show under order tracking for 3 days!

  • My account has been suspended pending further investigation. When i try to order i receive the thank you we have got your order etc but i get no email confirmation and when i check on item status it is not showing any delivery date etc. I am still waiting to hear about my account it must have been 3 weeks now i have no idea what is happening. sorry i can help no further
