I am due in court next wed for BR.
I'm currently not working (studying my nvq 2 Teaching Assistant), and wondered what the OR might/might not do once I am qualified and get a job?
I have another 2-3 months left on level 2, and will then go onto level 3 which I hope to complete within 12 months (if not sooner). You don't tend to find many jobs available for level 2 TA, they are all normally level 3

the OR wont do anything.....IF you were lucky to find a job after study ANY changes in finance circumstances you would have to let the OR know within 21 days....BUT working would increase things on your SOA so the OR would only really be interested IF at the end of the month you had £99 or more left after living expenses...but that sounds doubtful..We all die. Thanks Phil

Will I be told at court what info/docs etc the OR will need from me when they ring me for the interview?
I want to get as much "stuff" together in advance, so that I'm not running around like a blue ***** fly!lol0 -
The OR after court will probably speak very briefly to ask if you've any current hassles that need sorting....after that they'll send you a welcome pack in the post & ask for everything they need then...dont worry if your missing anything though they can easily source if not..We all die. Hi D+D. You may need bank statements and maybe credit card statements etc but as Phil says, they will be able to get anything they need.
Good luck on Wednesday!

Thanks fyp.
I had started to get some bank/credit card statements together (just incase). I wasn't sure how far back they would want, so I have now put them all where I can lay my hands on them when requested.
