Mortgage sub accounts?

I seriously doubt that the BOE is going to suddenly leap up as that will de-stabilise everything that the government, BOE has been trying to stabilise.
When your products come to an end will they revert to SVR? What rate? This is surely substantially less than you have been paying and gives you the opportunity to continue to pay what you have been and reduce the overall mortgage balance and the LTV?
If the LTV reduces then C&G will probably offer another deal or it will allow you to remortgage away.
Keep an eye on the property valuation via sites like Zoopla, as I have watched my own house value creep up by £11K in the last 6 months. Sites like Zoopla base the estimation on the price paid as per land registry information and the market statistics/conditions since, now some of your neighbours may have slightly different designs or there be some slight difference, but at the end of the day they are estimations to give you an idea and that is always helpful.I am a Mortgage Adviser
