How Much for a laptop 'Full Service'

Hi everyone, What would people consider a fair price for the equivalent of a 12 month service on a laptop that is running really slow and needs a lot of TLC ? Any comments, gratefully received. Thanks, Keith

yeah it would be easy enough to do yourself. The amount of freeware stuff which will help. theres alot of people here who can give advice of what to use if you get stuck
