Hiya looking for help and advice please

APex Credit £7614 £40.00
Cabot £5685 £13.00
Mint £1882 £5.74
Tesco £2377 £7.28
Apex £1640 £8.00
Capital One £593 £5.00
Just rang them up to do a review i had a car finance that ran until December 08 £200.00 Permonth then in March car totally packed up so had to borrow money off my parents to purchase another car was paying them £120.00 per month, when i told CCCS they said because i hadnt from December to March i had £600.00 that i didnt pay to my creditors and now have a new car finance they can no longer carry on with the aggreement and have closed the dmp and told me i will have to do it myself.
Now im worried do i have to do it on my own or shall i try payplan if i try them will they even let me do it,
I have in the past sent cca requests but never really followed them up, I am determined to sort debts out now my mom has even offered me the money if i can settle them all at about 40% but they have refused, looking for advice please

I took over my DMP from the CCCS in April this year having been on it for almost 3 years. I just wrote to the creditors saying that I was doing this, and that for the time being I would make the same payment until such a time as I could increase payments. Without exception they all confirmed that this was fine and since then I have either set up direct debits / standing orders or make my own direct payments. I keep a spreadsheet of payments with dates etc in the way that the CCCS previously did.
The treatment from the CCCS seems harsh, but now you are in the swing of things you should be able to take control of things yourself again!
Good luckJulie
Proud to have dealt with my debts

so do you think i should write to them asking to set up DD or standing orders paying the amount i pay now0

I have just started my self managed DMP (never used a charity though). I would write to them explaining that you are now self managing and asking for Standing Order details. I got the details from statements but I guess you may not have any recent ones.0
