Personally, I wouldn't give the mortgage company your new address. Are you having letters re-directed to where you are now? If so, there's no need for your mortgage company to know where you are, as I have read on here, once you go BR, the OR, will take all this into there own hands....your mortgage company can't ask for it, as they won't know where you are, unless you contact them, well as I am aware, although more experienced people on here, could answer your question better than I can

Best of luck anyway.0 -

If so, there's no need for your mortgage company to know where you are I agree, if you are getting mail redirected don't bother., as I have read on here, once you go BR, the OR, will take all this into there own hands The OR will have NO interest in the house until it has been repo'd and sold and a figure has been established for the OR to include in your BR....your mortgage company can't ask for it, as they won't know where you are, unless you contact them, well as I am aware, although more experienced people on here, could answer your question better than I can

Best of luck anyway.
I would have everything forwarded so you know what is happening. The mortgage co. can chase you for the money until the house is sold and the debt becomes unsecured and falls into your BR.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
I have been out of my house for 5 months and haven't told the mortgage company where I am. Still no word on the repo. I pop by every week or so to pick up my mail as I've not set up a mail redirection.
Anyone know how much the Royal Mail charge for that service?Come ride with me, through the veins of history...
