Hey
I was wondering if anyone had any dealings with the Ulster Bank in NI? We have gone through a broker and went sale agreed on a property 4 weeks ago, we then had all the info with the broker the next day. the Ulster bank have been so slow and came back to us 5 times looking more info. is this common and why do then not have a list of things they require from teh start, i.e. a letter from my wifes employers stating that she will retuurn to her job once her maternity is up. then after saying they had all the info and it was waiting on a decision from the underwriter in greenwich they come back and say they now need proof of where we are getting our 10% deposit. so 4 weeks on and still no offer, the vendor is worried and so are we. any ideas on this?
Thanks

Some of the things U Bank are asking for should surely have been asked from you by your broker in the first place IMHO. Sounds like he hasn't been so thorough!0
