JSA3 claim

So I claimed jobseekers allowance but got rejected. They told me to fill in a JSA3 I got the booklet this morning and am now filling it in but I have questions.
I'm 22 single and live with parents most of the questions are regarding my partner which I don't have all the questions seem to be ticking no for. Do you think I can qualify for this?

If you live at home with your parents then you're classed as single.
If you live with a partner or claiming jointly then you've got to include them too.0 -
So I just leave that side blank?
Seems like I haven't filed in much on the booklet..0
