house move update.

hi all. well we have now moved into our rented house. god that was hard work. we are due br on 10th sept. my question is when do we inform our mortgage company to proceed with repo.??
after br im guessing.:confused:

    You can tell them you have moved out of the house and are intending BR on 10 Sept. Have you notified the council regarding your council tax discount on that property? You will get a 100% discount for 6 months if you apply for it, if you don't tell the council you will be responsible for 100% of council tax.

    well i have told the council the house is going to be repod & that stated that on my final bill.

    For the sake of clarity I would phone them specifically mentioning the discount otherwise you will be liable for all the council tax on that property after your BR date until the house is repo'd.
