CCA Request - Littlewoods

Hey guys, I've just registered because I'm in need of some advice.
I've had an account with littlewoods since late last year and recently they have been messing me about to the extreme and I'm really getting sick and tired of their crap. I didn't sign any customer credit agreement with them so I'm wondering if a CCA request can be taken out on them? Like I said, I've only had the account since last year and I'm confused about this 6th of april 2007 stuff. Please get back to me.
Regards.

Recently I became unemployed and I have been unable to pay anything at the moment at least until I'm back on my feet, so I contacted them and they've had the nerve to keep adding arrears and such. I've paid them everything on time since before I was unemployed so they must know I'm good for giving them the money I owe. Am I eligible for a CCA request from them? To put my account in dispute until I am able to start paying the debt again? Am I only eligible to take these actions if I had an account with the catalogue BEFORE april 6th 2007?0

hi
what i would do and i am no expert they will be along soon
send them CCA request letter
but pay them a £1 per month
pay it by postal order then if they do take it
further you will be able to say you
have been paying what you can afford
post up your SOA and let the good folks

CCA request letter
Did you make a CCA request INCLUDING the £1.00 fee?
Dear Sir/Madam
Re:− Account/Reference Number: XXXXXXXXX
With reference to the above agreement, I would be grateful if you would send me a copy of this credit agreement.
I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Sections 77−79), I am entitled to receive a copy of our credit agreement on request.
I enclose a payment of £1.00 which represents the fee payable under the Consumer Credit Act.
I understand a copy of my credit agreement should be supplied within 12 working days.
I understand that under the Consumer Credit Act creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with a request for a copy of the agreement under these sections of the Act.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully

Thanks for your help but I already know these basics, I'm a newbie but I have read up on all this. All I need to know is whether or not I can take this action seeing as I've only had my catalogue since last year and I'm not sure whether or not you can try and put the account into dispute because the account is younger than april 2007. I mean, because I haven't signed the credit agreement after april 2007 (because I've only had the account since last year) does that mean I won't get anywhere by using a cca request and trying to put the account in dispute.0

Anyone? Sorry to be a hassle. I just really need to know if I can take these actions.0
