OR's and Landlords

I think in Bankruptcy the OR is supposed to contact your landlord – even if there is no debt owing.
Lets say you would prefer your landlord not to know.
Can you persuade the OR (maybe by proving that all the rent is absolutely up to date) – not to contact your landlord?
By the way I don’t want anyone to worry – because many, many people have told me -
Even if your landlord is told – and even if there is a “bankruptcy clause” in your tenancy agreement (which most agreements have) – again don’t be concerned - because if you’re a good tenant it is extremely rare to be asked to leave.

You can certainly ask your OR not inform your LL,many on here have, some have obliged others have not.At the end of the day, like many other things, it is down to your particular OR on the day.
