Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    *UPDATE*
Well we went and saw an IMB earlier today and talked over our options. We have decided to stay with Nationwide and start a 3 year fixed rate. I rang Nationwide when I got home and they have reserved this mortgage for us. #
The lady I spoke to said that it was lucky I rang when I did, because as of next Tuesday their rates are going up by 0.16%. So if anyone is in a similar situation to us, it would be worth phoning before next Tuesday.
    Thanks for all your help.

bit of late advice - always try london & country as they are cheaper for fees and are great for getting you a deal if your self employed - like me
I found them through Martin's promotion and many of my friends who would have not got a good deal from a high street lender got a really good deal from L&C
