Help and Advice Needed With Debt please

Hi everyone, It is quite difficult for me to write this, I'm a first time poster and the first thing I am looking for is help (not a great position to be in)
I have oustanding debt which is now crippling me financially. They are as follows:
CCJ - £2,500 to which I pay £70 p/m
Loan - £260 to which I pay £60 p/m
Overdraft - £350 which they are requesting as a full amount
HP - £1,200 - Which they are also requesting full amount
My income is £1020 after tax from my job
My outgoings are as follows:
Rent - £300
Child Maintenance - £450
Petrol - £100 (work in field sales)
Food - £75
I dont have to pay council tax or anything as that is covered. However this still leaves me with only £95!
Has anyone got any ideas on this. I have thought of consolidating my debts however I have very poor credit rating from stupid times when I was younger.
Many thanks

first step would be to contact one of the debt charities i.e CCCS for advice.
can I check, is your child maintenance correct? that seems a massive chunk of your income and seems very high. Has this been reviewed at all?0 -
Hi Miss-Moneypenny
Thanks for your response.
The child maintenance was agreed without getting any authorities involved. My ex partner needs that amount as her income is not that high and in order to pay her rent/bills/food for my son etc she said that was the amount needed.0 -

You can't afford it now though, so perhaps you should consider lowering it?Debt at light bulb moment - £15K
Currently stands at £2.6K
Current debt-free date: far far away
Proud to be dealing with my debts
