Thanks everyone, it's so nice telling people! :)

I'm 12 weeks, I've heard it's meant to get better soon but in all honesty it doesn't seem to be. Will be nice to tell work colleagues though so at least they have some idea why I've been so rubbish recently :)

I think it's fine to post links Mrsd, that would be great if you could :)

I had terrible sickness throughout my pregnancy so know exactly how you feel (even hospitalised because of it), if you need advice just ask,

God cathy and woks that's horrendous! I've read a few stories online of people who've had extreme morning sickness for the whole 9 months, whilst I've felt really sick, I've only been sick 3 or 4 times a week, so I do count myself lucky.

Thank you all for being so lovely it's made me feel so happy today to have so many nice wishes :) I've missed comping and the MSE compers :)

    too many comps..not enough time!

Congratulations chickaroonee hope the sickness passes soon, I was going to say sea bands and flat coke or lemonade and nibble rich tea biscuits.

Glad everyone is feeling positive in here today. (apart from nnw losing)

There's a slow cooker thread on MSE (wow, everything's on here!) 206 pages of tips!

    It's here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=43570&highlight=slow+cooker
  • Congratulations chickaroonee:j hope the sickness passes soon..I had dreadful, all day long sickness, but it easier once you can tell people at work. As lots have suggested, travel sickness bands are recommended, and dried crackers. I was last sick at 6 months, but it's worth every minute of it. I also used to love afternoon naps when I got back from work for most of my pregnancy - rest whenever you can, and enter as many baby comps as possible :D

NNW - I comiserate..OH has a £1 a week bet (I do the lottery). He filled his football slip in for minimum odds of £1,156, and forgot to pick it up on Friday morning. So he tried to remember what he'd picked and got it slightly wrong..he checked yesterday the teams he picked, and it would have won..oh well..
June wins: 2 x Robbie Williams tickets, iPad mini, £200 skatehut voucher :)

A huge thank you to all posters xx
