  • Gemma I would say Epson too. Never had a problem using alternative cartridges sourced cheaply on ebay with my epson. Just tried same thing with my lexmark though and every single time I print it tells me I dont have an official cartridge in and it doesnt show the ink levels so until it stops printing I wont know when its going to run out of ink. And having to clear that message for every print gets quite tedious. There isnt a "dont show me this again" option. Grrrrr !!! So yes I would go Epson are maybe even Canon or HP. Arent those new kodak ones meant to be really economical to run though? Just steer away from Lexmark lol !! (although the printer itself is really good and its fine if you stick to Lexmark offical cartridges !!)

    Hope everyone has a wonderful winning day today xxx

    thanks guys for the printer stuff :) I'm usually a HP girl, having had one before and it didn't break - actually, it was an Epson that broke when it had a replacement cartridge in it but that was years and years ago so it's probably better now :) BigSnap2 vouchers might come into play here :rotfl: still got £200's worth :eek:

    KKK - really hope you get your letter today :(

    Wonder if anyone can help me. I've read recently about finding out who sends an email without opening it. I thought I would remember the details, but of course I didn't! Does anyone know where it might have been posted please? Thanks :)

    Morning all

    Gemma I am using a HP printer, I bought it for him 5 years ago for about £80 so it must be cheaper now..Now it's right by my desk :o It is really good. When I use good quality paper, I can't tell the difference between it and a laser one. Also got ink @ quite a reasonable price from ebay.

    OMG postal strikes :eek::eek: nooooo...
    Still waiting for my washing machine to be fixed :mad: :eek: hoping today .
    Just sent off a job application form , going to keep busy comping x

    Hi all, it's OK I found out how to do it. It's much simpler than I was trying to make it. Just right click on the senders name; properties; details, and there's a lot of detail, but amongst it, it says 'probably unwanted spam'. Will remember it now (I think!). :)
