I would think its genuine, probably will be a bit slow because of the Bank Holiday. I usually reply back to emails, to say something like "Wow that's fantastic, any idea how long"

No not heard anything, but took advice and replied to the email with a "oh how fab....when will I hear?" and got a reply to say that they would be in touch with me in due course! Still not heard anything! Let me know if you hear!
