Bankruptcy Scotland - LILA - HELP?
mightymidge
Does anyone have experience of LILA bankruptcy in Scotland?
I'm trying to establish what happens with your bank account/assets etc.
Will my bank account be frozen?
Will I have to provide statements? and if so, for how long?
Would really like to know exactly what happens before embarking upon this route....
Please help if you have personal experience...
Many thanks for taking the time to read/reply to my message!
Cheers
