How would I post SOA here?

Hi guys. I have just heard my OR interview is next Wed at 10.00am.
I'm wanting to do my SOA and post it here for you to give your opinions. It shouldn't really matter as it's all true I just would hate for the OR to tell me I can't have that or it's too much.. Anyway i'm working on it now I just don't know how to get it on here. I'm using makesenseofcards calculator.

Hiya,
If you go to the following site. http://www.makesenseofcards.co.uk/soacalc.html
& then fill it in, at the end of the page there is a calculate button, press that & then press the "for print version" Copy & paste that into the forum.
