Credit file error affecting me re: 2001 bankruptcy

Hi Guys, first post,
I was declared bankrupt in 2001 and my credit file is absolutely clear except it has been pointed out to me by a prospective employer that there is a current credit card debt showing as default 8 but doesn't identify it, which as I understand should show as satisfied after 6 years. I know all my credit card debts were listed in my petition, how do I identify which card this is to deal with it.
TIA

I have established through my online report it's Barclaycard Mastercard, I have dug out my old account number and it was definitely included in my bankruptcy statement but I cannot for the life of me find the address of the Data Controller to write to for these people, I have rung twice to be put through to India who cannot supply me with an address, just try to refer me to Data Protection.
Does anyone know the address of the data controller of Barclaycard Mastercard to write to for incorrect credit report entries.
