  • £6 from Ebay sales, £35 from Amazon sales and a bit of MS money have taken me to my September target. Hurray!

Going away next month to stay with family for a cheap holiday whilst I have some downtime at work due to the recession. So I'll have a month off the challenge (no internet access so limited ideas for moneymaking!) but will be back for the November challenge.

£3.33 from Amazon to add and finally have an MS for this afternoon, there has been a total drought for me this month, contributing to my poor showing! However I have been very disciplined and paid every penny from this challenge straight off the CC so in that respect have actually done a lot better than previous months - so I don't feel too bad.

Is it normal for music magpie to take forever to pay out? Date of original order was 3rd August and its still showing as pending...

Oh JesaRose....... that sounds like "nothing they can do" means the worst. You're in my mind every time I come to mse, all the positive vibes you and your dad can take, coming your way.

They don't know how long he's got - could be 2 months or 2 years. Its spread through his throat so no chance of operating

Oh Jesa, I'm sorry, fingers crossed that he has plenty of time left without it affecting him more than it already does!

Had a bit of a break through this afternoon been paid £50 for some work I did outside of normal hours. All of a sudden my total doesnt look quite so terrible.
